Our activity
We are a global multi-energy company present throughout the energy value chain. We employ more than 24,000 people worldwide and our products are sold in nearly 100 countries, reaching around 24 million customers.

In the United States
We are committed to the United States as a core region in our 2021-2025 Strategic Plan, where the company has been actively investing for more than two decades. We provide more than 500 local jobs at our offices and operations in Texas, Pennsylvania, New York and Alaska.
Renewables
Renewables
We entered the renewables market in the United States in 2021 with the purchase of 40% of Hecate Energy. We started producing electricity from our first solar project in the United States in New Mexico in 2022. We have also announced plans to invest in a 600 MW solar project in Texas.
We expect to reach 2.1 GW of installed capacity in the United States by 2025 and 7.8 GW by 2030.
Low carbon
We are actively collaborating on opportunities to advance low carbon projects in the United States through strategic alliances in geothermal and carbon capture, use and storage.

We provide a full range of services including baseload gas purchases, baseload gas sales, structured and daily natural gas transactions, seasonal and peaking gas supply services, daily natural gas trading and asset management.
Crude oil & products
Our Trading unit is distributed across four offices in Houston, Madrid, Lima and Singapore. The services we provide include supply and marketing, bunker, charters, and trading.
